OWS21 and MS IIS?

Hello,
Trying to use IIS as http-server and OWA (2.1) to connect to Oracle 7.3 on NT 4.0.
How should I configure the WRB and IIS http-server to get it to work. Let's say my owa_service is called "help".
There seems to be 4 files to edit in the \ORANT\OWS21\Admin directory:
- Svw3svc.app

owa.cfg
owl.cfg
Ows.iis I've tried to look thru all and tried to figure out how to configure the IIS itself, but when trying:

http://localhost/help/owa/procedure_name the message "HTTP/1.0 404 Object Not Found" is shown Anyone?
