Oracle Replication problem

I have a big problem by replication.
I'm trying to test the replication in our firm between two Oracle Servers v7 with Advanced Replication Option installed. The problem is, that when I create Master Definition Site works all OK (the replication group status is Normal). But when I add another master site, then the replication don't want to work. The status is QUIESCED.
Can be the problem related to the links? Both Oracle have Database name set to "Oracle" and the domain is "World". Can I (or must I) change this?
