srvmgrm is not working on an HP

hello,

we have just now upgraded out oracle workgroup server from 7.1.6.2 to 7.3.2.3 on an HP 9000/800 (HPUX 10.20)

but...
the old sqldba vanished and the new srvmgrm is not running
(it say that a resource file named masm.res is missing somewhere...)

the line mode svrmgrl is working, but it is not an easy-to-use software
(it is even worse than the old "windowing" sqldba !!!)

is there any solution?
