Oracle 7.3/NT - issues upgrading NT3.51 to 4.0?

We're running Oracle on NT3.51/SP5 (intel), and are planning on upgrading
the server to NT4.0 (for non-Oracle reasons)...




are there any particular issues I should be aware of particular to this upgarde?
