Me, a Oracle & PL/SQL rookie

Hi Oracle users!

I need your help concerning books about working with an Oracle Workgroup server, Oracle web server and PL/SQL programming. What I need is a book(or books) to get me started but I also need a book about advanced features. It doesn´t need to be just one book with everything in all.

If there is some good web resources that you believe would be of interest send the URL as well.
Please help a rookie to get wider knowledge. If possible also mail me personally.
