Oracle Enterprise Manager 1.2.x

I am running Oracle 7.3.2 on NT 3.51. I am trying (unsuccesfully) to get Enterprise Manager (1.2.x) to start. I am trying initially Enterprise Manager on the server where Oracle is running.

Have called Oracle support. Have tried everything. Still don't have an answer why it won't work. I have done the following:

1. The enterprise manager repositry has the same userid as the password to NT.
2. The person using the repository while logging into Enterprise Manager has WRXD permission on the system.
3. Oracle Intelligent Agent is working OK
4. I am able to ping the agent in Dameon Manager

My jobs wont run!

Anybody out there, any suggestions would be most welcome
