Oracle server install on HP-UX by neophyte: What to anticipate?

I would appreciate some advice on how much reading, tweeking, scrounging
for information might be involved in setting up an Oracle server on HP-UX
10.20 A 9000/712. Apparently we need to anticipate getting memory up to
around 128mb. This is for an academic project. I would like to write up the
project but have no idea where to start. Any sample proposals? Suggestions?
