Take it onto your notepad ...

If your DB doesn't want to startup because of Rollback Segments problems,
here are two undocumented parameters to place at the top of your INIT.ORA file :

_offline_rollback_segments=<rs1>,<rs2>,... _corrupted_rollback_segments=<rs1>,<rs2>,...

it works very fine !
