7.3 Installation Help !!!

Hi,

I am trying to install oracle 7.3.1.1 for workgroup on NT 3.51 Workstation. For some reason when Oracle try to initialize the database it just hung, doesn't do any thing.

I check the database directory, it seems to create the control files, data files, etc.. but not the default 2 log files.

can you tell me if this is a known bugs? can you tell me what do I have to do to install it, please.
