Max Open Cursor

Hi and sorry if my english is bad,
I have one problem with max open cursor. I'm running Oracle 7.2 on Nt and on Netware, I try to open a cursor on a table with 4/5000 records. For each one record I have to test it, making some others select then I insert it into another table and delete it from the source.
If the record number in the start table is 200 or plus I get a error max open cursor.
I have seen in my init.ora and that parameter was 600.

Someone can help my ?
