So why keep padding out the discussion if you aren't prepared to listen to any of the other opinions posted? From the tone of most of what I've seen you post on this group you are extremely rude, arrogant and unyeilding. If you are happy running an entire business on Linux, fine. Others, myself included, are not, and for reasons which you constantly seem to ignore.

Yes. Big guys like Oracle. And HP. And Sun. And IBM. Etc. I suppose I must be 'real dumb' - like the rest of the world - for using these companies solutions...

Well, I've used UNIX for 15 years and Oracle for the last 8 years. I've worked as an Oracle developer, DBA, Technical Consultant, trainer, etc. Ditto for UNIX. Most of this has been freelance work from large companies in the UK; no complaints so far.

Look, the above few lines from your post seem to say everything about your attitude. Try to CALM DOWN - something I requested of you in the original post! Oh, and try to grow up. People like you do Linux more harm than good, and the problem is you can't see that.
