Hello everyone.

I am trying to build a symmetric replication environment with four 7.3 servers on NT 3.51. That is what I did:

I have followed the manual (ch 4 of distributed system II) to create links and user accounts to try the connection. I have successfully created a master object group which has two master site (one is master definition site), two simple table (update method is synchronise).

I did have all tables copy to the remote master site (object group is created at master def site).

However the two tables are not synchronise by the server.

I have checked and found that the whole group is "quiesced". I tried the resume_master_activity many times but still not changing the status. Can you give me any cule on how this can happen?

The project has only one month away. So this is very urgent to me. Please reply to me as soon as possible. Your efforts are very much appreciated.

Thanks a lot.

Alex
