How did you manage to get it to work? There's so many bugs and limitations that I gave up. Eg:

• The Intelligent Agent service can need up to 10 minutes after startup before it works.
• Tablespace backup to tape not supported on NT.
• Pressing the [Specify] button in Export parameters gives an application error. This means you cannot use Export at all.
• Jobs scheduled for later execution are not executed (!).
• Listener shutdown and startup does not work.

After these problems (all except the last one confirmed with Oracle Support) I gave up on the product.
