Oracle Snmp support

Hello all,



does anybody have experience with Oracle snmp support?
We have tried to activate the feature with an Oracle 7.2.3,
but when we try to startup the processes, we get the following
message:



snmp bind failure: address already in use
./master_peer initialization failure



Any idea of the problem?
