Your documentation is full of self referential items that don't exist. In other words, "If you don't know how to use it, we won't show you how it's done. If you haven't been using it since version 6.0, you can't possibly expect us to explain v. 7.2 to you from scratch!"

Lastly, this always irks me. This is the ultimate in professional disclaimers:

You work for the damn company! Sorry, I don't mean to make this personal, but, every post I've ever seen from someone at Oracle has the same disclaimer, so I guess it's policy or something. Just let it serve as an indication of the quality of support you'll receive from the company.

Oh and Gene,

  I don't work for the competition or anything like that, but I do suggest you find a database professional, to at least come in, look things over, and give you an objective opinion. I'd plan on spending 3-5 thousand dollars just for the report. If you're really cautious have it done twice.
