  It means that you specify another ORACLE_HOME instead of your current one. By following this approach, an extra copy of SQL*Net, message file will be created instead of overwritting your existing one.

  However, I have one more question. If I want to use a browser that resides on a workstation instead of at console, I get an error, "Server manager or SQL*DBA cannot be found in your machine". How can I cope with it ?
