Can I use 


&ora_login("((ADDRESS=(COMMUNITY=tcp)(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=foo)(PORT=1521))", 
$user_id, $password) to connect a remote database?



If the answer is no, then how can I connect a remote database which listen on 
port xxxx?
