Oracle 7.2.2 and Developer/2000 installation

We currently have Oracle 7.1.3 running Under Solaris 2.4.

We are planning to install Oracle 7.2.2.3 and Developer/2000 Release 1. Will there be any relinking problems for server based installation of Oracle 7.2.2.3? We also have Motif 1.2. Is it possible to run Forms4.5 after installing Developer 2000 ?

Did any one of you come across any problems and fixes with the above type of installation?

Can any one offer some suggestions so that we can prepare well before starting installation?
