I recently set up two Dell PowerEdge 4100 (2 x 200MHz Penium Pro processors) servers running NT 3.51 and Oracle 7.3. So far I am quite pleased with the performance.

The only big problem has been an Oracle bug (having nothing to do with the dual processors) which regularly crashed the Oracle process. Upgrading to version 7.3.2.3.2 has pretty much taken care of that (knock, knock).
