Experiences with NT and multiple CPU's

Does any body have any feedback regarding using Oracle 7.3 on an NT 3.51 
machine with dual CPU's? Would it be better to get a dual 100Mhz box or a 
single 200Mhz pentium pro box? Does NT scale better than Netware?



Any help would be appeciated!
