No Linux version (but I've heard of running the Solaris/SunOS version on Linux with some sort of Sun emulator; checkout http://www.wmd.de/wmd/staff/pauck/misc/oracle_on_linux.html)

For NT, there's many versions, all the way up to 7.3.2 for the RDBMS. Oracle also has a multi-dimensional DB for NT (and unix) called Express DB. I believe the latest version is 5.0.
