On our DB servers (NT351, ORACLE 7.3.2.3.2) the KILLED and SNIPED sessions are *never* removed. As the number of killed sessions increases we eventually hit the max processes limit and must bounce the server. What a pain.

Anyone know how to make Oracle removed killed sessions without restarting the database?
