The owa executable needs a couple of things to run

I would suggest that you leave the owa executable where it is. Map THAT directory in netscape as /webAgentname/ (where webAgentname is some valid entry in the owa.cfg file so that the owa program knows what database to log in to and what username to log in as). The owa program looks at the URL to determine how to log into the database (calling it via /cgi-bin/owa/procedure would make it look for a cgi-bin entry in the owa.cfg file for example, you would need a web agent named cgi-bin for this to succeed).
