Oracle WebServer 1.0 Question

We're currently running Oracle WebServer 1.0, and had a questions about it's Oracle gateway.

I'd like to be able to run it underneath Netscape Enterprise Server, instead of their "not very good" WebServer.

I've moved the owa executable over to cgi-bin, and tried a few different styles to get it to take, but it also gave the "Unable to complete transaction" information.

If anyone has sucessfully made the Oracle gateway interface to run underneath a Netscape web server, I'd appreciate knowing how.
