view or not?

Hi,

        In our data mining system, we aggregate a lot of data(more than 30,000 and will be larger along with time) into one main table. But these data contain 3 categories. We plan to make three views for them. My question is if this way is much slower than that we retrieve from three different tables. If it is just light slower, I think we can endure it. If it is not, we have to think another way. Do you have any idea?
