I've used it. They gave a demo version away at the developer's conference last fall. It is good for up to 10 tables/diagram.

I like it a lot. It is intuitative, and much easier to use than the Designer/2000. (I think they just ripped it out of Designer and cleaned it up a bit to make it easier to use.) It does everything the Designer product does, without making you jump through hoops to get your DDL.
