Oracle Enterprise Networking

I recently installed Oracle 7 on a NT server and would like to setup the Oracle name server and the networking protocols. I printed the Oracle networking manuals and got 18 inches worth of paper. Does anyone have a down and dirty list for setup of Oracle networking with the enterprise manager for the client and the server side.
