NT WebServer ORA-01041 Error

Hi,

Intermittenly, I get ORA-01041 internal errors, "Hostdef extension doesn't exist" from my NT WebServer. The database is up and running fine, and when I stop and re-start the Web listener the error message still exists. I can still connect to the database through a SQL*NET session, but not through the WebServer.

Has anyone else seen this problem? How do you fix it?
