Question....
I am looking at implementing a fairly sizable database (140Gig +). Our operating system is AIX, what I am planning on doing is creating RAID devices at the tablespace level. So that (for example) my data would be on one RAID device and my indexes on another and so on. (I am planning on multiplexing the redo's on non RAID devices)
My question is, is this the best implementation? My understanding of Oracle lends me to believe it so but I would like a second opinion... :-) thanks..
