I've been a Sun administrator for some time, and not sure that there is one "best" book. Are you running SunOS or Solaris? Though some of these are a bit out of date, the basic info is generally valid. Some books I use are:

	Essential System Administration
	DNS
	NFS and NIS
	Advanced UNIX System Administration
	and textbooks from the Sun courses

	Of course, I also use the "man" pages quite a bit, and find they

are extremely useful :)
