Newbie 2: Documented initial SYS password incorrect...

First, thank you for reading my 'Message in the bottle'.

I downloaded Personal Oracle 7 so that I can start teaching myself. However, I am unable to get the proceedural installed because I cannot login as SYS.

The documentation states that the initial SYS account's password is 'CHANGE_ON_INSTALL'. Unfortunantly, this is not working. I'm assuming that this is soley a reminder to the DBA to change the password. Perhaps, I am wrong in this assumption.

I would appreciate any assistance that you may be able to provide.
