SYS Account Destruction

Hi,

I have been asked to delete the SYS account in our Database,

and recreate an equivalent account(first of course). I don't like

the idea. One person here says they did it to provide bullet

proof security against the spy hackers. Can I create an equiv.

account who will be the owner of all sys tables?

Do you forsee any problems doing this?
