Personal Oracle7 for windows 95

hi,
i am trying to get my personal oracle 7 for windows 95 working seems like sqlnet is not fuctioning properly. i can connect thru sqlplus fine. but when i try to net test or try to go to forms it gives sqlnet TNS 12203 error.

I specified winsock as my protocol for sql*net. it seems my tnsnames.ora file is not appropriate. Could someone please post their sample tnsnames.ora for po7 for win95 ?? or tell me what else could be wrong with it...
