Some time ago I picked up two versions of random generator PL/SQL packages from this newsgroup. Author of the first is rseligma_at_oracle.com (Russ Seligman), the second comes from Thomas Kyte (Oracle Government, tkyte_at_us.oracle.com). Try to find the source in the newsgroup archives (AltaVista or similar). If you won't be succesfull, mail me.
