Documentation is in the OEM Installation Guide, SQL*Net configuration, Configuration for Console Machine.

What tasks do you have tried ? Try to export the database or try to execute OS -commands like dir (on the NT).

It is running.

I haven't used those commands on the NT at all, so I don't know do they work properly. But if the OracleAgent is running by the NT, it sure is.

Is your RDBMS ver. 7.3.2. Repository for 1.2.2 needs to be on the 7.3.2 (or 7.3.3). So you should verify, that the repository has been created with right version of the OEM.
