To post a job ad for an Oracle related job, please use the newsgroup created just for that purpose:

comp.databases.oracle.marketplace

When you post in the other oracle newsgroups, your article gets lost among the dozens and dozens of technical questions and answers, and those looking for jobs will probably miss it. It only serves to annoy those who are interested mainly in the technical discussions when they find job ads in the wrong newsgroup.

People looking for oracle jobs will find your article more easily when it is posted to the marketplace newsgroup, because they won't have to sift through everything else to find the job ad.
