ASCII Data Export

Hi,

I just need to export some data from an Oracle DB into a flat file, delimited by something or other (doesn't really matter). What's the *best* way to do this (easiest, quickest)?

This is an older version of Oracle... 7.0.13... running on HP-UX 9.1
