I have a similar problem. My machine returns unlimited when you call ulimit, when the poor script is expecting a number. modify the script.

I have an Sp2 and I've had hundreds of problems with 7.3.2.1. Oracle does not even support this revision anymore. And don't put on production, it can corrupt the data! You'd better wait for 7.3.3 and ask for the patches for 'delay in connection:bug401400' and 'dictionary_corruption:patch_to_7.3.2.2'.

Didn't you have to relink manually the network module due to an error of the installer?

                                        regards and good luck
