"Unable to initialize rollback segment" ??

My client is getting "Unable to initialize rollback segment" at a
seemingly innocuous DML operation on 7.2 for NT with a Delphi
front-end. The error seems to come from the Oracle client DLLs rather
than a SQL error message.



Any clues?
