IBM SMP-Server 704 with NT 3.51 and WGS 7.3

Has anyone encountered problems using such a configuration? We have problems installing Oracle WGS 7.3. Either installtion hangs with leaving one processor loaded up to 100% or the "ORADIM73.exe" ends with an adress-violation. After CMOS-Reset "ORADIM73.exe" gives up work without saying anything. Neither instances nor services are created.

Any help/experiences wellcome!
