Help "Warning: Product user profile information not loaded!"

When I log into SQL*Plus the following warning message lines pop up ...

> Warning: Product user profile information not loaded!
> ERROR:
> ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
>
> Error in disabling roles in product user profile.

...although everything seems to work ok. How can I fix it?
