Here's how mine looks...runs fine.
D:\ORANT\OWS2\CGI-BIN\ CN /CGI-BIN/
I run a procedure from this directory called "upload.exe" with a reference like this...
ACTION="/CGI-BIN/UPLOAD.EXE" That's used in a <Form Enctype=...etc.
