How do I start TNS Listener under openVMS

I am new to Oracle7 and SQL*Net 2.  After carefully setting up
a basic set of TNS configuration files I can find nothing in the
generic or VMS documentation to say what .com file you actually
run to start the listener !!!



I would greatly appreciate a few words of wisdom from an operational
openVMS/Oracle 7 site.
