Hello Darren,

I do not have any experience with OWS2, but I got the error: "ORA-09352: Windows 32-bit Two-Task driver unable to spawn new ORACLE task" during the installation of Oracle 7.3.2.1 on Windows NT 4.0 Server. The reason was, that you have to carry out the installation as Administrator. To be a member of Administrators Group is not enough. May be you have a similar problem.
