Does Cheyenne DBAgent for Oracle on NT work ?

I am trying to use Cheyenne Arcserve 6 (EE) to backup an Oracle database on an NT3.51 server using Cheyennes DBAgent for Oracle Server.

The live trial version simply crashed. Version 2.0 simply hangs.

When I try to select the database from the directory tree I can see the Oracle server, but not the database. If I try to expand the Oracle Server ( which has a + next to it) it hangs Arcserve. If I select the Oracle Server the backup job hangs .

Has anyone had any success with this product ?
