I've got the same problem with Oracle 7.3.2.2.0 using Windows NT 3.51 on a Proliant 5000 with 1GB internal memory. Increasing shared memory doesn't help one bit. Maybe Oracle 7.3.3 will solve the problem. Are there more people having this problem?
