Yes, BUT you will have to drop and recreate the tablespace and all objects within. You will need to export all objects on the tablespace, drop the tablespace, recreate the tablespace at the proper size then import the objects back into the tablespace. This is the only way I know how to do it but that doesn't mean that it is the only way.
