I do knot know where you know from, that MySQL could be good enough for
me, but even if so - this was not my question. I do not have the freedom
to decide, which RDBMS can be used.
I talk about an existing Oracle-DB, that probably will be upgrades
within the next year and so I need to know, whether it is possible or
not.
I hope you can see: Your answer is useless.
BTW: I would have understood, if you mentioned Postgre/PostGIS, but MySQL solves none of our Problems
