People who know aren't allowed to say. The rest of us speculate uselessly. You can read into http://www.oracle.com/us/support/library/lifetime-support-technology-069183.pdf that it might be this year, but if it wasn't trumpeted at OpenWorld, I guess not. Maybe someone who was there heard something. I haven't noticed anything on any blog, I assume it would be big news.
Assuming you mean the database, of course. With all the products and strange numbering, you have to be specific.
