You mean that Oracle version numbers aren't simply periodically increased on an ad-hoc basis to denote the passing of time? ;)

To the OP: as Sybrand stated, by providing exact Oracle version information together with details of what you've tried and what happened when you did so will encourage people to be more forthcoming with their help.
